GingerBreadHed sculpt
Every so often I'll make cartoon sculptures in polymer clay. They are usually about 10cm tall and contain no armature or padding.

Flippin' The Bird
Sample of my concept art for my early pitch of a collaborative short animation project - Flippin' the Bird (previously, Pied & Seek) with fellow BCFE animators:

Sculpts
Here are a few experimental heads I sculpted in Colourclay, by Scolaquip.
I recommend using the neon colours in this range for sculpting practice. They have a slight waxy finish which means it's easy to smooth, and for that reason, also preferable for creating stopmotion/clay mation characters, as the clay is less likely to 'crack' when posing.
