Sculptris test

I've had a go experimenting with the tools in Pixlogic's Sculptris, and here's the result, a lil' 3D monster.
I found it gets a little awkward when you try to extrude, limbs etc from the main body;
the polygons have trouble keeping up, but I'm sure with practice, I'll be a pro

Cultural Event

Kicking off the new college year with an assignment: a visual response to a cultural event. I decided to come up with an illustration connected to the tallships festival in Dublin's docklands;
Two versions of a Mexican tall ship, where the crew have formed a sail with different representations of the Aztec god Quetzalcoatl on top.
